To assemble: Place a curved base dish on the middle of the wedding tulle, gather the excess material at the top and tie with a ribbon. Separate the layers of the tulle and accessorise with trimmings and ribbons. Co-ordinate with other tulles to create a beautiful layered effect with added colour.
